I really love those Bertoli frozen pasta meals. For those of you not in the know, it's frozen pasta, meat, vegies and sauce. However, they're pretty pricey. I saw a Top Chef episode once where the chefs had to make their own versions, freezing the items separately but the rest escapes me. Anyone have any tips to freeze similar meals? Thanks.
